Jen Carr's Super-Duper-Easy-Peasy Peanut Butter Bars

Peanut Butter Bars
1 1/2 cubes of butter (softened)
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cream the butter, eggs, brown sugar and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and press into a regular sized cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes ( ours took something closer to 20-25)  or until light brown and slightly puffy. Cool and frost!

Chocolate Frosting
1 stick butter (melted)
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix butter and cocoa powder. Alternately add in powdered sugar and milk until spreading consistency. Mix in vanilla and add more milk if necessary. Makes up about 2 cups frosting

Hope you enjoy! P.S- we had enough frosting without doubling the recipe!
